About Phaedra

Phaedra Antioco, OTR/L is a licensed Occupational Therapist with over 15 years of experience.

Phaedra uses the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach® as the primary tool in her toolbox, as well as CranioSacral Therapy. She has found its amazing ability to produce successful results in a short amount of time, freeing the body of pain and limitations from scar tissue and restrictions of the connective tissue.

Phaedra is a true miracle.  In August of 2008, she woke up in the hospital, to learn she had a rollover car accident on her way home from work, changing the path of her life.  She had multiple injuries throughout her body. Phaedra had over a year of extensive physical therapy rehabilitation and recovery ahead of her… seeking out every possible treatment technique… until she found the powerful mind and body approach of myofascial release. It changed her life and helped her recover beyond belief. She immersed herself in learning the powerful technique of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach®.

Phaedra was given a gift that day. She now can fully understand her client’s pain and suffering. Phaedra has been there in her own suffering and victoriously overcame her injuries. She is now fully dedicated to providing pain relief therapy to those who are suffering.  Phaedra is committed to excellent 1:1 patient care!

Phaedra is an expert-level John Barnes Myofascial Release Approach® therapist who has also trained with The Upledger Institute for CranioSacral Therapy.  She is currently in the Restorative Exercise Certification Program with Katy Bowman learning Nutritional Movement and is becoming certified in Neurokinetic Therapy®
