Tips for Self Treatment

When you come to me for treatment, my goal is to guide YOU to feeling GOOD!  BETTER! That means teaching you LOTS of things that you can do at home in between treatments.

  1.  Provide sustained pressure on a painful area for a minimum 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Go with what feels comfortable to you and notice the longer the time, how the pain lessens.
